Sara Alvanini

Since the beginning of her profession, she has been dealing with European and American intellectual property. She has also gained significant experience in the fields of unfair competition, advertising and information technologies.
She cooperates with customers in perfecting the decisions to be made for the development of strategies and protection of their business in order to get them the best competitive positioning on the market.
She assists clients in drafting and negotiating the most diverse contracts relating to the intellectual property, new technologies and advertising sectors.
The assistance activity also takes place in litigation in ordinary and urgent proceedings and, also, in the areas of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and both national and international transactions.
Since 2009 she has been the author of over 30 publications on intellectual property and of an industrial law handbook published by Giuffrè
